1. How long will it take to complete my order?
    Almost all orders are made to order. Orders take approximately 1-3 business days to complete and 1-7 days for shipping. There is an expedited option for shipping, which takes approximately 1-3 days. If you have a deadline and need to receive your item(s) sooner, please reach out to us and we can try our best to accommodate.
  2. Where do you ship and what are the shipping costs?
    We ship nationwide (United States) and Puerto Rico. We charge a FLAT $5 shipping fee or FREE SHIPPING on all orders $35+.
  3. Will I receive a proof?
    Proofs are provided upon request only. For requests that are completely different from listing picture, we will provide a proof for you to review/approve within 1-2 business days. Any delays in approving the proof may delay the production of the product.

  5. My order arrived broken, what do I do?
    Contact us right away either via email at [email protected] or through our Contact form. Please do not throw away the package. Most of our packages are insured and we may ask for a picture.
